Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Cost

Shipping is free to the United States and to the rest of the world, shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Every light is printed with your design, so orders take 4 to 6 business days to prepare. Most US orders arrive 6 to 10 business days after they ship; international orders usually take 10 to 20 business days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, email us at support@beamdoor.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
