If you're not completely happy, email us at support@beamdoor.com within 30 days of delivery for a hassle-free return or refund.

Arrived damaged or not working?

If a light arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

30 Day Extended Warranty (optional add-on)

Adds 30 more days of cover after the guarantee ends: if a light stops working between day 31 and day 60 after delivery, email support@beamdoor.com and we send a new one free. It is refunded if your order is cancelled before it ships.

Shipping Protection (optional add-on)

If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email support@beamdoor.com and we send a new one free.
